About Us David Borinsky is the founder and managing member of Bridge Private Lending, LLC. Mr. Borinsky has spent his entire adult life in the real estate industry, from carefree summers finishing sheetrock to cold-calling commercial leasing prospects and managing a half a million square feet of commercial property. He has spent the bulk of the last twenty-five years advising clients on real estate and tax issues. He received his B.A. and J.D. from the University of Virginia and his LL.M. in Federal income taxation from New York University, where he was awarded a Wallace Scholarship and served as an editor of The Tax Law Review. Although his chief current areas of focus and expertise are loan to value ratios and title insurance, he will also bring to a deal, where appropriate, a feeling for the relevant tax and business issues.
